Advantages of the use of natural zeolite (clinoptilolite) in animal breeding.
Natural zeolite (clinoptilolite) can usefully supplement the feed materials used and even replace them up to 5%, because thanks to its physicochemical properties it stabilizes digestion and improves the utilization of nutrients.
Clinoptilolite binds toxic nitrogen compounds such as ammonia, nitrites and mycotoxins (e.g. in contaminated feed) in the organism by sorption and ion exchange.
The zeolite adheres to feed pests that come into contact with the zeolite dust in the concentrate and dries them out. This significantly reduces pest infestation.
